Hubei Bailan Axle Co., Ltd is one of the Hubei Jinlan Group subsidiaries, it was set up in March 2011 with a total registered assets of RMB 60 million with covering area of 130,000 square meters. The factory is located in Zaoyang Economic Development Zone which is about 250km away from Wuhan Hubei Province. Our main product is front axles for commercial vehicles.

Each production line is equipped with 3 KUKA robots and one mechanic arm to ensure quality consistency. The hitting power of 8000 ton double disk friction press can reach 12,000 ton, we are able to manufacture all kinds of front axle.

Quality always comes first in Bailan. Many up to date testing facilities can be found in our lab, they are able to test key characters like tensile and yield strength/metallographic structure
