Automechanika South Africa 2019
Automechanika South Africa 2019 is one of the Automechanika brand global tour exhibitions sponsored by Messe Frankfurt, Germany, and is the only professional auto show in Southern Africa. It is in line with the demand for high quality, professional auto parts exhibitions in Africa, and is supported by the South African Automotive Industry Exporters Association (AIEC), the South African Automotive Related Products Retail Association (RMI), the South African Auto Parts Manufacturers Association (NAACAM) and South Africa. Support from the National Automobile Manufacturers Association (NAAMSA).
Eighty-five percent of the people who come to the exhibition are from South Africa, and 15% are from other African countries and countries around the world. There are not only international big-name companies such as Bosch, Tenneco and ZF, but also a large number of Chinese and Turkish companies.
In recent years, the exhibition has been continuously developed in South Africa and its scale has been continuously expanded. In 2013, there were only 288 Chinese exhibitors, accounting for 45% of the total number of exhibitors, which is enough to see that the market is for China.
