4. The brake pads are not in full contact with the brake discs

Phenomenon: The friction surface of the brake pad is not completely in contact with the brake disc, resulting in uneven wear. When braking, the brake force is insufficient and noise is easily generated.

Reason analysis: 1. The installation is not in place, the brake pads are not completely in contact with the brake disc 2. The brake calipers are loose or do not return after braking. 3. The brake pads or brake discs are not flat.

Solution: 1. Install the brake pad correctly. 2. Fasten the caliper body and lubricate the caliper guide post and plug body. 3. If there is a problem with the brake caliper, please replace the brake caliper in time. 4. Use a caliper to measure the position of the brake disc.
